Now that's not something you see everyday. Looks like it comes with its own chimney. Talk about comfort. I wonder if it has a defroster for the window? Or maybe if the window gets frosty, you just remove it. Then again, what's the point of having a window? At that height, it looks like you'll have a fine vista of a couple of horses' bums.
